Early Childhood Mental Health Collective Project
What is ECMHC?
Early Childhood Mental Health Collective (ECMHC) is a three-year project focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health services to children, families and staff in the Kansas City metro area.
ECMHC uses a prevention-based approach, partnering experts with families and caregivers to support the social-emotional development of children ages 0-5. This work addresses challenging behaviors, promotes healthy development and reduces stress in early learning.
ECMHC is a partnership between the UMKC Institute for Human Development, Cornerstones of Care and the Hall Family Foundation.
