Gina Bumgarner is an Assistant Teaching Professor and the School Counseling Program Coordinator. In this dual role, she teaches graduate-level courses, oversees program operations, and prepares future school counselors to be ethical, evidence-based, and student-centered professionals. She has special interests in building resiliency, executive functioning development, closing the achievement gap, and grade retention & dropout prevention.
