About
Dr. Jeoung Min Lee is an Assistant Professor. She earned her MSW at SoongSil University, her M.S. at Michigan State University, and her Ph.D. at Wayne State University. Her research interests include bias-based bullying and cyberbullying. Minority adolescents and emerging adults face an elevated risk of bullying and violence, which are also linked to risky behaviors such as substance use and suicide. Therefore, she plans to investigate how bias-based bullying impacts minority adolescents and college students, including those from racial and ethnic minorities and sexual minorities. In her teaching role, Dr. Jeoung Min Lee's primary objective is to motivate students to learn. As an instructor, she aims to create a learning environment where students can explore materials and topics and effectively apply them to practice.
