About

Dr. Bertram applies expertise in implementation science and evidence-based practice in multidisciplinary technical assistance and research. These funded efforts have focused upon inter-disciplinary policy, program and workforce development in child welfare and mental health. With School Smart KC, she is currently working with Kansas City schools and mental health providers in the development of a school-based system of care.    Rosalyn co-authored Selecting and Implementing Evidence-Based Practice: A Practical Program Guide (Bertram & Kerns, 2019) and has co-edited special issues and sections of Global Implementation Research and Applications; the Journal of Social Work Education; the Journal of Family Social Work; and Families in Society: The Journal of Contemporary Social Services.
