Education
Dr. Lim received his Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience/Cognitive Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 2009, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California, from 2009-2012.
Teaching
Dr. Lim teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Quantitative Methods. He also teaches graduate Cognitive Psychology.
Research
Dr. Lim’s research utilizes computational, behavioral, and functional neuroimaging (EEG and fMRI) techniques to understand the neural mechanisms of cognitive-affective interactions and decision-making in the brain and their implications for affective-behavioral dysregulation in normal and clinical populations (e.g., affective disorder, addiction, eating disorder).
